I recently bought the WERTH electric scooter, and it has been a really solid upgrade for my daily commute. Easy to commute with this scooter. This electric scooter is of great quality and was easy to set up. The battery life lasts much longer than I expected. The motor is powerful and provides smooth acceleration, even on slopes. The brakes are very responsive and reliable, which protects my safety all day long. Furthermore, the scooter is lightweight and convenient to fold into my car, making it ideal for outdoor sports and travel.

This is a great scooter for teenagers or someone who wants a good scooter for the value. The brake is a substantial grip, and I like that for my child’s safety. The display has large, bright numbers and simple features, so it’s not too complicated. It also has a fast charging, and 4 hour battery life. It folds up easily, a big plus, and good design. More than enough for the time that my child needs to ride it, and also teach the responsibility of always charging ahead of time. A great first scooter in our home, works well for us!

My son was very excited to open this for Christmas. I had read the reviews and it seemed great, but I sent it back after less than a day. The from wheel and the handlebars are not connected and there’s no way to tighten them. Just driving down the sidewalk for a few feet was enough to knock the wheel completely out of alignment with the handlebars if you’re looking for a perfect way for your child to hit a small bump, knock the front wheel askew, and turn them into a wall or the road. I know that sounds dramatic, but who in their right mind would let their child use car, a bike, a unicycle, a scooter, anything where the wheel is loose and misaligned with the steering? I went back and asked the ai and it told me that several people had mentioned the wheel was not connected properly and misaligned easily. I’m not playing games or taking such an unnecessary risk with my son’s safety. I am flabbergasted that such a product could even leave the factory. By design, the shaft releases and folds back, but that only makes it more clear how there’s no connection between the handlebars and the wheel, no way to ensure that turning the handlebars to the left will actually make the wheel turn left or keep it from becoming misaligned easily.

Additionally, the booklet that comes with it was so poorly translated and formatted, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. I had several questions, just about getting started that aren’t covered at all. The app it wants you to download is garbage. It has 2 stars and it’s literally half in Chinese characters. Also, how monumental ridiculous that you need an app on your phone to use your scooter properly? A scooter meant for a child, who doesn’t have his own phone because he’s in freaking 3rd grade?

I’m pretty sure I was talking to an Amazon bot, but it was refreshing how easily it let me return it. I just put it back in the box and dropped it at a UPS store. Of course, it couldn’t answer any questions, just apologized and kept asking me if I wanted a refund or a replacement.

Anywho, if you have this and it’s not a death trap for your child, that’s awesome and I’m happy for you, but like I said, I am dumbfounded that such a product is even available for sale.

This electric scooter is Amazing, fast delivery, kids love it, its easy to assemble the handle bars out the box. It doesn't take much to charge, it holds charge 2-3 hrs of consistent riding. You can use app to control speed, it works without app just as good. My son's are able to drive uphill as well.

Works great, heavy duty. Drives really fast. My teen likes it.
My only complaint is that he wants to raise the handlebars and it seems they are fixed.
