What are the exact dimensions of the product? Will it fit in my backyard?
This inflatable water slide bounce house is 15.55’L × 12.73’W × 7.05’H. The long slide surface measures 91.73”× 22.83“, and the bounce area is 54.33″ x 50.39″. We recommend placing the inflatable in a space of at least 18.5’L × 16’W × 10’H.
Why are there small holes on the surface of the bouncer?
That is not a product quality issue. They are made during the manufacturing process for positioning purposes, to prevent cutting deviation. Rest assured, this does not affect the product’s performance or safety.
Is it normal for there to be air leakage at the seams of the bounce house?
Yes, air leak from all the seams is necessary because the product is inflated by constant air flow and this leakage is required to stop the product becoming over-inflated.
Can I pack it away directly after using it in the backyard?
You can pack it away directly only if the inflatable bounce house is completely dry and clean. If it is wet, please allow it to air dry thoroughly before storing.
