    My son only had this scooter for 3 weeks and it stopped charging reached out to amazon I was referred to company https://tututoy.shop/ sent email explaining what the scooter was doing sent a video showing exactly what the problem is they sent me a new charger it still doesn't work reached out once again to the company the issue still hasn't been resolved

Quality control seems very poor from my experience and not worth the gamble. Put your money in a more reputable company.
